One family.
Four ledgers.
A single architecture.
Four decades of creating wealth across Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Australia — rooted in education, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, and extended into real estate and hospitality. The Wealthing Group is the umbrella under which that work is organized: investing, teaching, and giving, run with the same discipline and reporting back to one household.
Most family offices exist to preserve capital and transfer it quietly to the next generation. Ours exists to grow it. We put our own capital to work alongside every venture, every founder, and every cause the Group backs — compounding it, not sealing it away.
Diamante, Mexico
The Wealthing Group wasn't planned in a boardroom. Four decades of creating wealth across Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Australia — built by our founder, Dr. Alicia Castillo Holley — became a conversation after dinner on a family vacation in Diamante, Mexico. That night, we talked about organizing part of our individual interests into a family office: the Wealthing Group. Each member got to write the values we would hold the family to — no compromise, full inclusion. The youngest ones wrote their own two: chocolate, and dancing. Both are still in the ledger.

The Wealthing Framework
Every decision in the Wealthing Group — a capital commitment, a curriculum, a grant — is read against the same two questions. Is this creating a market that did not exist, or improving one that already does? And is it building the roots that hold a family steady, or the wings that let it extend?
Neither answer is right on its own. The framework exists to make the trade-off visible before it is made, so the family's capital, time, and attention move on purpose rather than on momentum.
